In the Spring of 2022, Will succeeded his father Bill as President of our company. He assumed this leadership role with focused attention on our company’s operational excellence and diversification initiatives, client relations, and employee development. Will’s tenure with KBS began as a laborer and has included roles as an assistant superintendant and project manager where he spent many years leading teams on a diverse array of projects including retail, industrial, recreational, healthcare and multi-family residential building types.
Will graduated with Honors from the Virginia Military Institute while lettering in baseball all four years. He is a past chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractor’s (ABC) Young Leaders Council and also served as the co-chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Mentorship program.
