Element at Stonebridge

Located on the former 17-acre Cloverleaf Mall site, the project includes the new construction of 400 apartment units, including studios, one- and two-bedroom units. A total of 456,204 square feet, the three courtyard-style buildings are constructed of wood frame with brick and siding veneer.

Units have open floor plans with large living space, complete with nine-foot, ten-foot and 14-foot ceilings. All units are equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and washers and dryers. Most units have patios or Juliet-style balconies.

Amenities include a meditation garden, a salt-water pool, an outdoor kitchen area with a bar and grills, a firepit with seating and a covered outdoor lounge complete with TV, life-size Jenga and cornhole. The facility has a fitness room and a multi-purpose room off of the main courtyard with a large clubroom that opens to the outdoor lounge. The apartment units are located within a few feet of the retail stores and restaurants.
