The Nest is a six-story, 118-unit apartment project in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition neighborhood. Two 1970s-era office buildings and two accompanying surface parking lots were demolished to may way for the project. The development includes five stories of one- and two-bedroom apartments above a mix of parking and commercial space fronting West Marshall Street. Amenities include a shared work space component, a leasing office and a pool.
