The 53,000-square-foot store includes a bakery, a drive-thru pharmacy, deli, grocery, produce, seafood, meat and floral departments. The project also adds amenities such as a pharmacy with on-the-go medical clinic, Starbucks Cafe and event planning space.
The new 38,000-square-foot Concrete Pipe and Precast Perfect Manhole manufacturing facility is a pre-engineered metal building with 10-foot high concrete base panels with MAP metal siding above and a standing seam metal roof. The administrative offices have painted walls, VCT floors and sealed concrete with acoustical tile ceilings.

This new, state-of-the-art, 85,000-square-foot facility houses several of VDOT’s Richmond District departments, including VDOT’s Richmond Traffic Operations Center and VSP’s Richmond Division Emergency Communications Center.
