We place a great deal of emphasis on the quality of our built projects, and our Quality Control Program provides the necessary focus and support of quality initiatives at both a craftsman and manager level to assure success.
Prior to the Project Launch, we designate an individual member of the KBS project management team to be the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) manager. As the entire project team has direct responsibility for the overall quality of the project, the QA/QC manager leads the program’s implementation on-site. The on-site QA/QC manager assures that the team exceeds the project team’s quality expectations.
